Hanging code verification device
Hanging code calibration device is a simple and practical simulation test device for static test and Dynamic simulation material flow design, which is widely used in various electronic scales.
Calibration process:
After the belt conveyor runs stably with no load, perform zero adjustment. After the zero adjustment is completed, stop (or keep) the belt conveyor and place the weights on a dedicated lifting plate for calibration. This calibration simulates the actual operation status of materials by weighing the bridge load. During the calibration process, the load weight is constant, which can be very simple and effective in completing system calibration.
System features:
The accuracy of the weight is M1 level, which can ensure zero measurement accuracy
Save manpower and improve work efficiency
Small footprint, easy to move between multiple scales
High calibration accuracy (static better than 0.05%, dynamic better than 0.3%)
Main technical parameters:
Material: cast steel, steel rod
Specifications: 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, and non-standard design
Chain code verification device
Chain code calibration device, in accordance with the provisions of the China Weighing and Metrology Verification Regulation JJG1995-2002, is a kind of analog load standard, which can be used as the calibration instrument for electronic belt scales and weighing feeders. If an automatic retracting and unwinding winch device is selected, it can more conveniently calibrate and correct the measurement accuracy of the electronic belt scale.
Working principle:
After the electronic belt scale is zeroed, when the belt is running, the standard weight Dynamic simulation the material state, the chain weight simulates that the load of each meter of material on the belt is placed on the running belt, and the two ends are pulled in an "eight" shape with a soft rope to prevent deviation or sliding with the belt. Its length should cover the weighing rollers of the electronic belt scale and the front and rear two groups of rollers. Record the length of one turn of the belt and the number of running turns, which is the product of the nominal value of the chain code as the reference value. The actual error of the electronic belt scale can be determined by comparing the Cumulant of the weighing instrument under the above conditions, and whether the measurement accuracy is qualified can be verified within the perfect range.
The weight is transmitted to the weighing sensor through the scale body, and at the same time, the system sets the belt running speed at a constant speed. The weighing display is calculated and displays instantaneous and cumulative measurements. When the system uses an automatic winding device, the entire chain code is lowered and wound by an electric winch, which is more convenient, simple, and labor-saving.
System composition and characteristics:
The chain code calibration device is composed of rolling balls, chain pieces, inner and outer connecting plates, and hanging rings.
High calibration accuracy (static 0.03%, dynamic 0.1%);
Compared to physical verification, the structure is simpler, the cost is lower, and it is closer to reality than the hanging code device;
Reasonable structure, uniform composition, and convenient operation;
Small footprint, safe and reliable system;
Save manpower and achieve high work efficiency;
Optional chain code automatic winding device, convenient and fast.
There are two options for the retraction and retraction of the chain code in this device, either the winch type or the horizontal type;
The winch type is driven by a motor reducer to drive the winding drum, and the chain code is automatically retracted and released by an electronic control device;
Horizontal type is a form of storing chain codes in the box, which are usually stored in the box when not in use
