——Application Cases of High Precision Matrix Belt Scale in Power Plants

Abstract: The electronic belt scale and circulating chain code inspection device, as well as the instruments and electrical components used in the third phase coal conveyor belt of Fuzhou Power Plant, which was put into operation in 2009, have been severely aged. Long term difficulties with unstable and inaccurate belt scales have seriously affected the accurate measurement of coal entering the furnace and the economic indicator accounting of power plants. In order to completely solve this problem, the owner has compared and fully understood from multiple sources. Based on the national standard GB/T7721-2017 and the 0.2 level qualification standard with the national metrology type approval certificate, Xuzhou Yike Electric has chosen Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant Phase III 2× Renovation of 660 MW coal feeding electronic belt scale. Using high-precision intelligent control matrix electronic belt scale and artificial intelligence matrix algorithm, achieving a long-term usage accuracy of 0.2%.
