Overview:

EACCOR-B166 dynamic cyclic chain code verification device is a device installed directly above the electronic belt scale for dynamic verification. It is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, docks, building materials, coal mines, etc. due to its small footprint, low cost, and high calibration accuracy.

The cyclic chain code device is easy to operate, has a high degree of automation, and can operate both automatically and manually. The detection data can be directly entered into the instrument and computer, without the need for intermediate links, and the calibration data can be directly obtained. It can be connected to the belt scale to automatically modify the parameters of the belt scale, which is extremely convenient. This design is at a high level in cyclic verification chain codes, truly achieving automatic verification of the entire system.

Working principle:

The B166 dynamic cycle chain code verification device is installed near the electronic belt scale site, above the conveyor at the electronic belt scale body. During use, the chain code ring is pressed onto the belt through the movement of the electric push rod, and the chain code ring runs smoothly with the belt. When the chain code circle rotates one turn, the weight acting on the belt scale is the standard weight of the chain code circle. When the chain code circle continuously rotates N turns, the instrument transmits the signal from the speed sensor to determine the weight acting on the belt scale as: number of turns X standard weight. The displayed value of the belt scale instrument shall be adjusted based on the indicated value of the instrument, so as to realize the Dynamic simulation load test of the belt scale.

Mainly composed of a circulating conveyor, standard chain code, calibration display instrument, lifting system, speed sensor, electric control system, etc.
