Weighing belt feeder
The belt feeder adopts an I-shaped beam as the main support frame and channel steel as the support legs, with high overall stiffness and good stability. Belt anti deviation switches are installed on both sides of the main support frame to prevent belt deviation.
To prevent deviation, the driven drum adopts a rubber faced herringbone shape with deviation correction function.
The unique skirt tape can prevent material from overflowing to both sides, while avoiding material accumulation at the head and tail rollers, enabling accurate weighing.
The feeding port is equipped with a material flow shaping door to adjust the thickness of the material layer.
The lower part of the belt at the discharge port is equipped with a scraper to remove attachments on the belt and improve weighing accuracy.
operational principle
The belt feeder will pass through the material on the belt and detect the weight through the weighing sensor under the weighing scale frame to determine the weight of the material on the belt; A digital speed sensor installed on the tail drum or rotating equipment continuously measures the feeding speed, and the pulse output of the speed sensor is proportional to the belt speed; The speed signal and weight signal are sent together to the belt feeder controller to generate and display cumulative/instantaneous flow rate. The feeding controller compares the flow rate with the set flow rate, and the controller outputs a signal to control the frequency converter speed regulation, achieving the requirement of quantitative feeding.

Weighing scale frame
The EMC weighing feeder adopts the B150 leverless fully suspended scale frame, which is simple in structure and does not require maintenance. Due to the fully suspended structure of the scale frame, the accuracy of simulation calibration is higher and can often replace physical calibration.
