System Application and Composition
The grain sampling and preparation system is suitable for grain processing, storage and transportation systems, and special environments with dust explosion-proof requirements. It can conduct full section and continuous sampling and preparation of grain. The system engineering consists of automatic sampling machines, sample conveyor proportional reducers, automatic sample collectors, and electronic control equipment.

System working process
The working process of this system is as follows: the rotary head sampling machine rotates the sampling hopper once at certain intervals according to the degree of programming, and collects a sub sample from the material flow falling from the end of the main belt. The sub sample enters the sample conveyor through the chute, and the conveyor continuously and evenly inputs the primary sample into the proportional divider to divide the sample. Finally, the sample enters the collector, and the remaining material in the system enters the next level of material flow.
