Working process

 

 

1. Start the hydraulic station with a magnetic starter and use a manual control valve to control the belt pressing mechanism to tighten one end of the belt. Simultaneously control the belt pulling mechanism and clamp the belt between the upper and lower rollers
2. Loosen the belt tensioning mechanism to release the belt from the tensioning trolley. The manual control valve controls the hydraulic motor of the belt pulling mechanism to drive the fixed roller, which pulls the belt through the friction between the fixed roller and the movable roller, stopping the belt with a belt joint in the middle of the retraction and retraction belt frame
3. Remove the belt joint and install the broken end of the belt on the winding machine. Control the winding machine to roll the tape clockwise& Nbsp; When the belt reaches the recycling length, stop the winding mechanism, disconnect the belt joint, and use a belt buckle to connect the broken end of the belt between the belt pulling mechanism and the belt pressing mechanism
4. Release the pressing and pulling mechanisms& Nbsp; Operate the belt winding mechanism to drive the bracket to rotate in a vertical position with the conveyor, and place the rolled belt on the transport vehicle.
