System Application and Composition
Central sampling refers to the method of directly collecting sub samples from a horizontally or obliquely moving conveyor belt when the primary sampling machine is installed in the middle of the belt conveyor.
The picture shows a typical central two-stage sampling and preparation system. The system consists of a rotary bucket type central sampling machine, a primary sample feeder, a hammer crusher, a secondary sample feeder, a secondary sampling machine, and residual material processing equipment.
System working process
The working process of this system is as follows: it can achieve timed and quantitative control sampling. The sub sample enters the sample feeder through a chute, and the feeder continuously and evenly sends the sub sample into the crusher. The crusher crushes the sub sample according to the specified particle size requirements. The crushed sub sample enters the secondary feeder, and undergoes secondary sampling and reduction through the secondary sampling machine. The sample enters the collection tank, The final remaining material is fed into equipment such as a bucket elevator or screw conveyor and returned to the main material flow.
