Technical description:

Tilt switch and controller - for material flow, blockage, and material level detection

Working principle:

When the vertically suspended tilt switch deviates from the vertical direction by more than 15 ° after being subjected to the force of materials, the Mercury switch in the tilt switch acts. No matter which direction it tilts, the normally closed contact will open. When the tilt switch is separated from the material, the Mercury switch will be turned on after the tilt switch returns to the vertical position. After assembling the guide plate, it can be used for high flow material flow and material level detection; After assembling stainless steel floating balls, it is specifically used for detecting grain flow and material level, as well as liquid flow and material level. The explosion-proof type can be used in gas and dust explosion-proof areas.
